EMSA-Zagreb (European Medical Students' Association) is a non-profit, non-governmental, independent organization oriented to student scientific activities within Europe. Founded in 1991, EMSA Europe is the European roof organization in this field.

EMSA-Zagreb is closely related to SSCMA, and all projects are realized in co-operation.

SSCMA (Student Section of Croatian Medical Association) is also a student organization promoting science, publishing and student activities in different medicine related fields. It is a non-profit and non-governmental organization oriented towards students and run by students.

The main projects that these two organizations run together are:

ZIMS - 10^th Zagreb International Medical Summit (for students and young doctors)

TBH - Teddy Bear Hospital

and of course,

EMSA Summer School.
